Found in October, 2008, we are growing into an high-tech enterprise integrating design, R&D, production, sales and engineering service just in 6 years.

Now we have plant area about 5,000 square meters, 200 experienced employees and the latest import full-automatic rapid assembly production lines help to achieve monthly output more than 3000 square meters.

Our products are widely used in outdoor media, superstores, entertainment places, stadiums, stage lease, etc.

● 2008,  Newstar was established, located in Shenzhen

● 2009,  1. ISO9001 certificated

              2. First time to take part in ISE Show in Amsterdam, Netherlands

              3. Work with CHANEL in Uk

● 2010,  1. New facility center established, over 5000 square meter plant area

              2. Standard indoor & outdoor LED Screen were approved by CE & RoHS &

Shenzhen Newstar Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. was founded in 2008 with a registered capital of

USD4.5 million. During those years development, Newstar’s products are sold in 117 countries and regions, and it has successfully implemented over 3000 references all over the world. Below is the Newstar development History in those years:

August 2013: Newstar is preparing the LDI 2013 in Las Vegas USA.

February 2013:  Newstar presented on ISE in Netherlands.

December 2012: CE& RoHS&UL&ETL&FCC for the new product P6.25, P10.417,P6.35, P5.33,P3.91,P15.625.

February 2012: Newstar was proudly to present on LED China 2012.

July  2011: 400sqm P40mm curtain LED screen was successfully installed in Egypt.

May 2011:  R&D department was getting ready to design new style curtain P15.625.

April 2010: Newstar moved to 5000sqm manufacture base.

March 2010: CE& RoHS&UL&ETL&FCC  for standard indoor and outdoor LED screen

May 2009: Newstar got ISO9001 manufacture control.

2008:   Newstar was founded in Bao’an district which is the most important LED screen industrial in Shenzhen China.

Newstar LED not only offers high quality products to our global clients but also excellent after sale service.

Our service includes:

a. 2 years warranty.  Within this period, we offer free maintenance service and replacement for broken parts. Each party shares single travel courier fee.
b. Once 2 years warranty expires, we still enable to offer free repair service. However, under the condition of replacement for components or products, client has to take responsibility for any fee caused and for double travel courier fee.
c. Free normal maintenance once a year. With commission of client, Newstar can send its engineer to give a free onsite check and dot correction service to client’s LED display every year.
d. Free Onsite Installation Service. Newstar are pleased to offer professional onsite advice for these who are not familiar about installation or have strict requirement.
e. Solution Design. For who has special requirements or need a total solution, Newstar has a strong ability to provide one stop solution design from PCB drawing to finished product delivery.
f. 24/7 Online Support Service. Newstar can offer 24/7 service special for client who has important show or events to ensure everything to be fine.
g. 7 Days Free Factory Training. Newstar are always willing to help client have better understanding about LED display including operation, common issues and its solution etc.
